On this episode of Humor Talks, we’re chatting with Dr. Dave Tarvin, PhD. Dave is a lecturer at Texas A&M where he teaches courses including the History of Rhetoric and Western Thought, Leadership and Conflict Resolution, and the Rhetoric of Humor. He’s also my brother from the same mother (yes, we’re related).

We talk about how Dave uses humor in his classroom to enhance the learning experience, using humor as a means of persuasion, and the differences between our styles of humor (his is more warm, mine more cold or calculated).
