And I Left…

In July 2012, I left my corporate position at Procter & Gamble–a position I truly enjoyed, one that gave me flexibility in both my role and in my life, and that allowed me to live a more-than-comfortable lifestyle in one of the greatest cities in the world.

And I left.

Because despite how great my job was, it wasn’t my true passion, my true goal; it wasn’t me helping individuals and organizations discover a new level of proficiency through actually enjoying what they do more; it wasn’t Humor That Works.

Six months in, I can see that I did leave something great, but I left it for something even better. And I think that’s how you know you’re on the right track–when you can stop doing something that is great and move on to something that is amazing.

So in 2013, what greatness will you leave behind for the amazingness of something better?
