keynote

White Plains, NY – I had the honor of heading to Dannon this past week to talk about humor in the workplace. During the 90-minute session, we covered the value of humor in the workplace, how to get started, and held a Q&A session for the attendees.

I could tell upon arriving at the site that humor was already part of the Dannon culture (pun intended), but our focus was just on how much more it could be leveraged. Thanks to all of the attendees and keep on humoring.

UPDATE: I heard back from the planner and the attendees rated the training as 8.1 out of 10. Thanks guys!

Cincinnati, OH – For the second time in three weeks, I returned to speak at Basco Shower Enclosures. This time it was to give productivity training at their annual sales meeting. The 60-minute talk covered the difference between efficiency and effectiveness and how to achieve both.

A big thanks to the great folks at Basco for having me back. It was a good group of sales people who will hopefully go out and sell more great Basco shower doors.

Cincinnati, OH – In the first event of many this week, I spoke at Basco Shower Enclosures, a small-business in Ohio, on the topic of humor in the workplace. In the 60-minute keynote, we covered the value of humor in the workplace and how to get started.

Apparently they really enjoyed the talk as they want me to come back in two weeks for their sales meeting. I, of course, am happy to return as it really is a great group of people to work with.

Columbus, OH – Earlier this week I had the honor of going back to my alma mater, The Ohio State University, and spoke on my favorite subject–Humor in the Workplace. The training consisted of a 45-minute humor keynote and how I’ve applied that mentality to a relationship training program (which I’ll be conducting at OSU in a few weeks).

The event was for the Senior Staff of Residence Life–a group near and dear to my heart since I was a Resident Advisor / Resident Manager for three of my four years at the university. The event went very well, with a lot of positive feedback and definitely a ton of laughs.
